Decision
To formalise emotional perception and temporal experience into a structured aesthetic framework, enabling atmosphere to be examined and constructed as a spatial condition rather than expressed as personal intuition.
Outcome
A coherent research system that translates emotional frequency and time-based perception into compositional and spatial logic, establishing a repeatable methodology for approaching atmosphere with clarity and intention.
The 12 Aesthetic Zodiac – Masterpieces is a conceptual research series examining how time, emotion, and aesthetic perception can be translated into spatial logic. Each birth month is articulated as a distinct emotional frequency, expressed through composition, material sensibility, and proportion rather than representational imagery.
Rather than functioning as visual artefacts, the works operate as spatial portraits—structured narratives that explore the relationship between psychology, symbolism, and atmosphere. Each piece calibrates stillness and emotion through restraint, allowing meaning to emerge from alignment rather than excess.
Across the series, material, light, and proportion are treated as instruments of perception. The work investigates how subtle shifts in spatial composition can evoke memory, presence, and emotional resonance, positioning atmosphere as a condition to be constructed rather than an effect to be applied.
The collection is intended as a point of connection rather than consumption. It speaks to those attuned to the intelligence of structure and the quiet potential of design to hold memory and meaning. Opportunities for collaboration are considered where there is alignment in intent—across architectural practice, cultural platforms, and research-driven contexts.
