INNER PATTERN UNIVERSE
Research + Framework Platform
Inner Pattern Club operates as the research division underpinning Beam Ker’s architectural practice.
It examines how emotional frequency, perception, and aesthetic logic can be translated into structured spatial decision-making.
Rather than treating emotion as expression, the platform formalises it as structure — developing repeatable frameworks that support clarity, proportion, and atmospheric continuity across residential, workplace, and hospitality contexts.
Main Framework
A structured system mapping emotional archetypes to compositional logic, material language, and spatial rhythm.
Developed as a diagnostic and generative tool, the framework supports early-stage design alignment by translating perception into measurable spatial intention.
An applied study examining emotional frequency as perceptual condition, exploring how feeling can be structured into form without reliance on stylistic narrative.
Together, these frameworks provide a shared language for clarifying spatial intent before formal development begins.
Application
Masterpieces Spatial Studies
A conceptual investigation into how time, memory, and perception can be articulated as compositional logic.
Applied studies test continuity, repeatability, and cross-context relevance — strengthening the framework’s architectural applicability.
Lifestyle and Objects
12 Aesthetic Pattern Collection
An extension translating emotional structure into surface-based systems through repetition, proportion, and material rhythm.

Research Partnerships
Inner Pattern Club engages with cultural institutions, exhibitions, and research-driven partnerships where structure, perception, and intentional beauty intersect.
Collaborations are considered where there is alignment in intellectual and spatial intent.
Architecture × Inner Pattern
Research Integration
Beam Ker’s architectural approach is supported by Inner Pattern Club — a research platform formalising emotional perception into structured spatial logic.
These frameworks inform early-stage alignment, guiding decisions related to proportion, material hierarchy, sequencing, and atmospheric coherence.
While projects are delivered through architectural rigour and contextual precision, the underlying logic is strengthened by research into perception, emotional frequency,
and compositional structure.
Research does not operate separately from architecture; it informs it

FUNKY
THE 12 EMO ZODIAC | CELEBRATE PEACE OF MIND
The 12 Emo Zodiac is a totemic research series translating shifting emotional states into structured visual form. Each pattern reflects the temperament of a birth month, mapping inner climate through rhythm, proportion, and symbolic composition.
Rooted in early hand-drawn mandalas, the project evolved from personal emotional mapping into a shared visual language. What began as a quiet ritual developed into a system — transforming mood, memory, and perception into legible totems.
Now extending from drawing to digital application, the collection moves across wearable forms and spatial contexts. These works function not as ornament, but as vessels of emotional structure—articulating feeling through clarity rather than sentiment.
The 12 Emo Zodiac continues to evolve as a design language that gives emotion visible form while maintaining compositional discipline.
"The 12 Emo Zodiac is not beauty alone,
but a fabric where every soul's emotions can be seen."
ARTISTIC
BEAM x HAND-PAINTED ART
Beam’s hand-painted works explore drawing as a disciplined form of attention. Rooted in the symmetry of mandalas and guided by intuitive colour movement, each composition investigates rhythm, balance, and emotional clarity through layered, tactile form.
What begins as a meditative act becomes structured visual language. Repetition, proportion, and chromatic tension are calibrated rather than improvised, allowing emotion to be articulated without excess. The works move between spontaneity and control—capturing instinct while maintaining compositional coherence.
More than visual artefacts, these pieces function as moments of pause. They invite stillness, sharpen perception, and reveal the quiet structure beneath feeling.
BEAM x HANDMADE JEWELRY
A self-taught artisan since 2004, Beam’s work is informed by Australia’s diverse fashion culture and a long-standing exploration of personal style as identity.
Her practice bridges Eastern refinement and Western edge, synthesising cultural references into bespoke, one-of-a-kind pieces. Each creation is developed on request, carefully considered in form, material, and naming — designed to become a lasting component of a personal collection rather than a seasonal accessory.
Material experimentation remains central to her process. From fine textiles and braided elements to sculptural wood and layered textures, materials are selected for their structural and tactile qualities as much as their visual presence. The work moves between delicacy and boldness, restraint and play — guided by curiosity rather than convention.
Each piece operates as a study in form and feeling, shaped through intention and crafted for longevity.

BLOSSOM
ARTWORKS AND SURFACE PATTERN
Beam Ker’s artistic practice explores the intersection of art, design, and narrative as structured forms of expression. The work examines how intention, perception, and atmosphere can be translated into visual systems that extend beyond architecture.
Alongside Inner Pattern Club, Beam develops bespoke collaborations for brands and spatial environments — creating artworks, surface systems, and lifestyle objects that introduce depth, identity, and atmospheric continuity across residential, hospitality, and commercial contexts. Applications extend across wallpapers, textiles, spatial graphics, and curated objects.
These works are conceived as compositional frameworks rather than decorative additions, allowing visual language to reinforce spatial intent.
Services include:
-
Custom Surface Systems & Artworks
